Martha has all the strengths listed and then some. She has a 5 star professional character! As a first time buyer I did not have to fear the unknown, any questions I had she answered, and most time she proactively anticipated my concerns and was sure to let me know not to worry that she would be there for me and she was! Marty assessed our interior and exterior spaces and provided us with great advice for showcasing our home to sell. The workshop she hosted with her business partner was also extremely helpful. We even won a $200 gift card for a power wash. Pictures for the online listing where taken by a professional photographer which presented our house online beautifully. She coordinated several open houses and networked with colleagues from many agencies. Throughout the process she motivated us with a very positive attitude. We highly recommend her for the sale of your home.

Let me first say, that i don't write reviews at all but this one is WELL DESERVED!I first met Martha at a First Time Home-buyer's Seminar in early 2012. I was looking at purchasing through the NCFHA program here in RTP area in North Carolina. She had come in as a speaker on that day and was extremely knowledgeable about the almost everything regarding house purchasing; such as the different loan products available, how to deal with credit issues and the area in and around R.T.P., just to name a few. She was also extremely friendly and straight-forward, something that I really was able to appreciate. I became so impressed with her professionalism, that I decided that very day, she would be my agent when it was time. Later that day, I discovered that I had some credit issues that needed to be resolved and Martha was gracious enough to make time to meet with me; on a later date and help me to understand what I needed to do in order to get approved. I said to myself, "Lord, you just don't find people like this woman in this industry everyday so I am going to stick with her for sure." Well almost a year and a half later, I was ready to start looking and I contacted Martha. Needless to say, It was the best thing that I could have done and she was the ABSOLUTE BEST PERSON to have on my side during the entire process. I pray that I don't have any need to sell my home; however if I did, there would be no one else that I would choose to assist with the process. I plan to recommend Martha to ANYONE that I know is looking to purchase a home!
